Research has proven that as people age, the more active and socially connected you are, the better your quality of life.  At Senior Action we offer a wide-variety of programs and activities that help you get fit or stay fit, allow you to build meaningful relationships with other seniors, encourage you to give back to the community through volunteering, and inspire you to learn new things. 

When you join Senior Action you will receive a newsletter, The Spark, each quarter that details all of the activities offered with dates and times.  You can also view The Spark online (click here).  Simply complete the registration form and send it in with your payment (if necessary) to reserve your place.  All of our programs require advance registration and space is limited so sign up early.
