Good nutrition is critical for a healthy life. Studies show that as little as one good meal a day for a Senior can significantly improve the quality of life ranging from time to recover from illness to reducing hospital stays and many more. Seniors (especially those who live alone) can also benefit from sharing a meal with other people. At the heart of our programs, you can enjoy a daily meal with your friends at any of our eleven locations (see locations). In a month, Senior Action serves more than 3,000 meals each day.
Additionally, we offer a program that provides 2 take-home meals on Fridays so that our participants can enjoy good meals on the weekends when our locations are closed.
