Senior Action offers a variety of health and wellness programs to meet the range of needs of our participants. From the person who has just begun to learn and get active, to the person who is recovering from an illness, to the person who has lived actively and wants to continue their active lifestyle, we have something for everyone.
Our programs are operated and supervised by trained personnel who can provide one-on-one advice and instruction. Some exercise programs are taught by excellent volunteers.
We also offer health education programs regularly featuring local doctors and health professionals who provide expertise in how to understand and manage your personal health.
